Registry guide install to?

I guess I'm just dense because after downloading and executing
"reghelp.exe" I couldn't find where it had been installed to. I looked
in the original directory and the "program" listing and the Program
Files and didn't see anything that looked like "reghelp" to open.
I even tried running "reghelp" and "winguides" from the command
line and no luck. I am interested. Pray tell me where I can find the
installed executable to proceed.

Have not installed it myself but try right clicking on My Computer, select Find and type in reghelp.exe and direct it to look in C:

The installation program will install the files in your Windows help directory and create a "WinGuides" program group on your Start Menu with a shortcut to the "Windows Registry Guide".
