Extremely high CPU while doing... nothing... [Archive]

While testing how easy the iavd-proces could be stopped: Command Q and Enter, a few times. I heard the fans of my MBP running louder and when I checked ActivityMonitor, I saw that iavd was taking around 190 % of my CPU, quite high...:(

I was just reading a website, nothing else.

Hi JeePee, was there only 1 instance of iavd running at the time?

Yes, just one, strange isn't it. I could not reproduce it yet.:(

I will and maybe the log from my console can help, iAntivirus is mentioned several times, also with errors. I also have some old iavd-crash-logs...
