DL'd OSX Trojan DBS changer now what?

Ok so I am deployed, i surfed some porn and downloaded this Porn4Mac trojan. The DNS changer,, mistyped in title.
Now what do I do?

Have you already tried a quick or full scan with iAntivirus?

If that doesn't work, then yuo can also try the DNSChanger Removal Tool from SecureMac:

Yes, I downloaded iAntivirus and did a full scan and it found the malicious code and i deleted it, Whew.

Note to self: Find reputable porn!
