Went through MS Technet and can't found the following to registry keys for NT 4.0/2000, can you confirm whether these keys are not applicable to NT 4.0/2000 ?

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Policies\Network
Name: DisablePwdCaching

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: Network\Logon
Name: NoDomainPwdCaching
