Latest Updates

There seems to be a problem with the downloading of the latest updates.I received a msg saying, Error downloading 1 or more files, please try again later.
:confused: I have tried several times to download this update but still getting the same message.
Still encountering the same problem here, strange that it downloads for some and not others. Surely there must be a problem with this update. I now notice that there is only one file for downloading compared to the 4 this morning.

I'm having the same problem. The item that fails to download is called "Spyware Doctor Database Update". I also noticed a daily Database Update. Is this something new?

I am getting the same error message - when you try to download the updates there are five files in the download list - it will download the first file but then the error message appears. See attached :confused:


EDIT: I have just tried the update again and all seems to be OK! All the updates seem to have downloaded ok - now I am even more confused than before!

Still no luck with smart update:confused: It will download the first four updates, but when it gets to the aforementioned database update I receive the same error dialog from Monman's screenshot...

I am having the same problems downloading in Thailand - it is only the last file 86.65k - it starts to download then gives the error message described by others. This is affecting 2 laptops, both running XPpro. One updated to SP3 and the windows update of 11 June, the other SP2, last windows update April 08. Hope this helps

Not working here either. Same as mentioned, goes to the fifth file and then "error"

Oh well,

Still not working so I guess that means going all weekend without an update. Hopefully the next update will work whenever that's released next week.

EDIT OK so now it worked. Updated all files and ran a scan. Now I'll probably find out I have body lice or something. !
