Hi im using spyware doctor with antivirus (Full paid) version is 5.5.0.212 with the latest update files and have just completed a full scan.

The scan reported 82 infections (10 files + 36 Reg keys + 36 Reg values), all of these seem to be related to the recently installed Nemesis service suite downloaded from www.b-phreaks.co.uk

Can someone please advise as to whether this is a false positive or not, as this software is used to repair and adjust a variety of settings with nokia mobile phones.

The infection is not listed in your list here:
http://www.pctools.com/mrc/infections/query/T/view/2500/

I have searched the site but not found this mentioned in relation to this software.

Thanks
:)

Hi lucid,

Thanks for the info. This has been escalated to the MRC team for a fix :)
Please also note that we will continue to detect any files that are packed with a detected packer.

Ah that's good, I uninstalled the software as I only needed it just the once, but how long do these things take to fix and is it announced somewhere on the site or via a change log, in case I want to reinstall it?

Also its a shame that when you get these alerts there doesn't seem to be a way to select them all and save the info to copy and paste to a text file (or am i missing something obvious). A right click scan file in the context menu would be good as opposed to having to use the custom scan, this could just use the file scanner.

:D :D

I've also got the latest nokia suite and and haven't detected anything as yet, now updated SD to very latest 5.5.1.322 did a known files/files scan/reg scan/Network/script on Program files folder and all the various folders within docs+settings. I previously uninstalled the nemesis as opposed to letting SD remove anything whether that be files or Reg valuse/entries. Though they could share some files as you need the nokia suite drivers for nemesis to work.
