I CAN'T BELIVE I WAS CHARGED BY YOUR COMPANY FOR A "RENEWAL" OF SOFTWARE. I DO SUPPOSE IS WAS "IN THE FINE PRINT" OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT (WHICH DIDN'T WORK) OR YOUR COMPANY WOULD BE SUED AND OUT OF BUSSINESS BY NOW. TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE HECK THE CHARGE WAS FOR. BUT IN THE PROCESS FOUND HUNDREDS OF OTHER PEOPLE HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEND TO THEM, AND I ASSUME THAT MEANS THERE ARE THOUSANDS OUT THERE, JUST SEARCH "DRI*PCTOOLS.COM" AND YOU WILL FIND SCAM ALERTS EVERYWHERE. I WANT MY "SUBSCRIPTION" FOR THIS CANCELLED NOW. TRIED TO FIND SOMEWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE TO GET THIS DONE..... YEAH RIGHT.
MY ORIGINAL EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN I PURCHASED THIS WAS:

It's not a good thing to put your e-mail address on an open forum! However, if you want help with your problem, the best thing to do is to send a PM to AChen with all your details and ask for a refund.

James B. Hailey,
It was clear written here about:
http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?t=50304
Just one question:
Did not you ask yourself what "Subscribtion -Active" means?
Active for 1 day? for 10 years? for 55 ? Just simple logic....
Usually any antivirus or antispyware shows clearly when you subsribtion will finish or how many days left or both things. But it is not for Spyware Doctor.
I changed active to manual at once, do not like that anybody decides when to charge my credit card.

Not looking for a refund, whatever box I did or did not check, I did it. Although I doubt there was any box that "made me agree" just in the fine print. I do not have a licence number, order number, activation number, or anyother number. I purchased this product a year ago (appearantly) and I didn't work. I do suppose an email was sent giving me those numbers, but I don't have it any longer. NOW before I start hearing "you didn't keep it" and stuff like that WHY isn't there anywhere in this site to cancell a subscription? NO WHERE can you just cancell, just talk about send me a PM and I will "work on your problem". On another line, simple logic...... Jiffy Lube doesn't "just recharge" me for an oil change when they think I need one. And what did PC Tools do for the "subscription" service... send me an email to remind me???? that email is de-activated and has been for months (so thanks for removing it for my safty) IF an email was sent it bounced back showing no receipiant...

There are so many ways to cancel the subscription by contacting the support crew from pctools - http://www.pctools.com/contact/, http://www.pctools.com/contact/support/, you can call pctools or send them an email. You can also contact the mods on this forum.
You should always keep the email when making a purchase, it also includes details on how to cancel and renew.
You can also sign up to MyAccount for access to all your order details and tickets - http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48180
mjq424 does not work for PC Tools and removed your email link so you don't get spammed!!
