I'm running Kapersky IS 2009 (8.0.0.357) which is a Trial Release and Spyware Doctor 5.5.1.322 and they get along fine together.
I ended up with KIS 2009 as nearly all the other suites (including KIS 7) caused some kind of problem with my machine.
If I remember you have to uninstall SD to install KIS, but then I installed SD without any problems.

Why do you run the trial release?? I tested final 2 days ago on my machine.

Yes, it does not allow to install it until you uninstall SD and TF.
By the way I had the same problem with Comodo Firewall - not allowed.
So, I uninstalled Comodo, installed KAV and then Comodo back again.
Strange thing, antivirus does not want firewall LOL.
Concerning Spyware Doctor (if real time protection is enable), might be there will be problem with KIS, KAV, as KIS and KAV have BA and HIPS. But I am not sure. Probable not.

I run KIS 7.0.0.125 with Spyware Doctor (do not remember what version of SD was then) without problem.
No idea about how it is with KIS 7.0.1.325 or KIS8.
I tested KAV8 on my machine without SD as had to uninstalled it.
