Help, Lordy Help!

In my desperate effort to get rid of the rogue winspywareprotect program, I saw in Google that Spyware Doctor will be able to remove it, so I bought a subscription today. I scanned and fixed some problems, but winspywareprotect is still bugging me. PC Tools does not seem to have live customer support, so I am now trying this route. Can anybody let me know what to do to kill winspywareprotect once and for all? Thanks.

Please do not put personal info(as email adress) in the forum
Also Please Run "The malware detective tool"(under SD "tools"buton in order to help pct create a signature(solution) for that

It might depend a bit on how You got it installed. If installed 'full' version legally, there should not be too much of a problem, but if You got it 'bundled' with Z-lob/Virtmundo it might be a bit more tricky.
Try to download a free version of Superantispyware and do a scan/clean. They are rather updated on this.
It might pay off to do the scan in safe mode.
