Vanishing Support

I raised a ticket (8033-1811-42) on Tuesday 3/06 and after getting no e-mail I logged into My Account to see if anyone had replied. I found that all my support tickets had vanished. I tried raising another ticket to report this fact and got the error
"Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/shared/include/tickets/ticket.php on line 176" in my browser. Pressing back returned me to an empty form.

Anybody else having trouble with support tickets?

Hi Adrian,

We are currently looking into this. I can see that you're ticket is still in our database, but its not displaying in MyAccount.

My ticket has been dealt with in a very satisfactory manner, so all is well again.
I've not looked at My Account yet, but that isn't so important at the moment.
