MS Access Running on Server via web browser?

I have a copiled exe and an external .xls file which duplicates the data taken remotely on our intranet. I need to identical user interface that is seen when viewing the access file to be viewed with a web-browser and update to the same database. (note there are 2 at which it currently post data) The web browser viewable option also needs to be updated dynamically and match the same changes that may be made to the Access layout / options. What tools do I need to get this project running?
