Disabling install on Win95

Does someone know how to disable the ability of installing something on Win95. Cuz i want to block access to people of installing games on my job PC. Thanx

this will not be possible (apart from using some third party software).

The only way around this with Microsofts design, is to use Policy settings that enable to run only predefined programs (and even that is tricky if yu have some clever kids about).
