WUAUCLT 100% CPU Utilization

I am not sure if there is a relationship to SD/AV or not.

I found this site

and applied the SVCHOST.bat fix ONLY

This fixed the 100% WUAULCT utilization at boot.

It did make note of some issues with some AV programs.

I suggest that you read the threads in toto.
