problem delete a simple folder

Hi
I now have vista ultimate with sp1 and i am new to this program
I am Administrator on comp and only my user account is active
However when i try to delete a simple folder i receive a message saying i dont have pernissions to do this
How to resolve this?

On all folders, or a specific folder, or is it random?

That kind of crap is what gets me sooo frustrated with my Vista, when it denies me access to my own pc and files and like you, Im Admin and only user!

not with all folders
