I'm having the same problem (among others). I just bought & installed SD+AV 5.5.1.322 yesterday. I opened a service ticket.

That's all well and good, but what happens when using a promotional magazine version (5.5.0.212) with a key that only works with that version and not with any updated version?
This is the first time i've installed PC Tools Internet Security and the LSP warning comes up at each start of my laptop. Anti-Spam not working. Anyone have a solution please, otherwise I'll have to uninstall and go back to Norton (rather reluctantly, as I was hoping for a better replacement!)
I tried the newer release, the problem doesn't occur when I install it, but obviously I don't have a key to use that version!
