Active Desktop

Virus bit me today, zapped my C partition (left my D partition intact). Had to reinstall WinNT 4 Workstation. Realized that I no longer had the active desktop. No longer have IE4, can't seem to download it from MS.

Does anyone know where I can get the active desktop windows update?
