hey everyone.
each time i scan with pc tools spyware doctor, it always seems to find "a tracking cookie" spyware threat. The program manages to remove it, but it always seems re appear again and again. how can i stop it from coming back?

Every time you visit a site then a tracking cookie can appear in your PC - so if you remove it and then visit the site again (or another one) it will be back:)

I suppose that phirin meant the following:
Having Cookie Guard enable SD should clean those cookies automatically, but it does not and find them only on-demand scan.
That was the question.

This has come up a few times before and the reason why this happens is because cookie guard has like a 30 sec interval to removing cookies. If you visit a website and perform a scan in that time, it will pick up the cookies during a scan.

I am completely agree with you.
Sometimes it happens to me, because I probably surf in internet too fast D) and SD cannot reach the same speed of cleaning like I surf ha-ha-ha
