I have been battling to get SP1 to finish on my Vista Home Premium machine.
it's a Toshiba w/
Intel Core 2 Duo - T5300 @ 1.73 GHz
2GB Memory
32-bit OS
180 GB HD (52 GB Free)
It says that it Downloads and then after it reboots two or three times to "finalize the install" - it states it was not successful and then it reverts the changes back.
I have tried shutting down all non-essential progs, nothing.
Also, I manually downloaded the entire SP1 file then went into SafeMode to no avail.
