Hi Robert,
Thanks for the info. This has been passed on to the MRC team to investigate :)

This is not a FP. The file is detected through OnGuard and is not signature based but heuristic (via its stealth properties). Method to fix this is to turn hidden process detection off, this can be selected under OnGuard-> Process Guard-> Detect hidden process (OFF).

Maybe that's a good workaround if it doesn't sacrifice any protection at all, but wouldn't it be much better if it was added to a whitelist of the software since many basic users are playing these MMORPGs, etc. I think that would be a much better solution in order to keep the protection at the same level, but also make all the users comfortable and confident with your software's operation.

Good point RavenMacDaddy :) Another solution is to add the detections in the Global Action List (Settings-> Global Action List-> Add).

Okay, so will it get added into the white-list since this isn't only concerning me, but all the users out there who'll play these games (which is quite many to say the least)?
This is simply feedback since I want it to work as good as possible. :)
