sd with behavor guard vs threatfire?

Hi, Can you tell me if sd with behavior guard has more protection than threatfire? Which of the two is better and wth having both programs installed, would it have double protection or will they conflict with each other?

Sd+behaviour guard will work in the same way as threatfire
Threatfire and Behaviour guard Cannot work At the same time
If you wish to use Threatfire , you have to uninstall Behaviour guard and Vice-versa
