How to upgrade

I am currently using Spydoctor 5.5.0.212 + Anti virus. If I upgrade to the new 5.5.1.322 do I need to uninstall 5.5.0.212 + AV first? Also, is there any major advantage to upgrade? I am having no problems with my current version. I always hesitate to upgrade because of bugs in newer software versions. Thanks in advance.

from the info i have you dont need to remove the previous version,although i always make a fresh scan to get rid some problem
I dont see major problems with 322 here on forum and think you should install the newest version ,which have some good enhanced features
