Spyware Doctor Enterprise Console Hangs

Hi,

We've recently installed SpyWare Doctor Enterprise and have twice now had the console hang when trying to connect. (i.e. open the console, right click on the managed domain and choose "Connect"). I've left the console for over 5 minutes and it still doesn't connect and I have to terminate the process.

If I try to connect again the console will again hang and not connect.

If I restart all of the SpyWare Doctor services on the server and then try again it is ok.

Is there any solution to prevent this from happening?
