hello all....hope someone can help or point me in the right direction
I have a recurring problem with my browser.
I am using IE 7.0.5730.13
The problem is specific to one site only.
After going to my banks home page and selecting 'log in' a seperate dialogue box is displayed askeing me to select my certificate and enter my password.
Upon entering my password and clicking enter the internet browser, all open tabs are instantly closed. sometimes with an error message, sometimes without. the error message states 'unkown error'
i had this problem previously but following a full restore on my computer it didnt happen again for 2 weeks and now it's back. the bank assures me it's not a problem with their site. i am irish, living in korea and using korean banking so it's very difficult to get them to help.
the website runs it's own security program and i use mcafee.
anyone able to offer a solution or possible cause for this problem.
