Autosignup issue in Helm control panel.

Hello,

I am facing problem with autosignup setup issue in my helm control panel.
1) after selecting domain name,
2) inputting new user details
3) 3rd stage says you select your payment method-if you click
NEXT-the link goes dead (blank page)

check out link is not working instead it is giving error on checkout page

How can I get it working?
Is there any solution for this?
