I cancelled all of my spyware renewals so I'm not sure why this was still billed to me. I also never checked the box okaying it in the first place. I've not been happy with the service and so would like everything to stop...Peggy

If you have cancelled it, then you shouldn't be charged further. Could you send a PM with you're license information or order number and I'll look into this for you.
