Database not loading

I receive the following message when I turn on the computer and Windows automatically loads my various programs such as S.D.
"C:\PROGRA 1\SPYWAR 1\REFDB.DAT cannot be found"
I recently changed to version 5.5

Am I protected? Any solutions? Thanks.

Hi Changetomac,

It appears you were using SDv4.0 previously and reinstalled with SDv5. We normally advise users to uninstall previous versions (SDv4 to Sdv5) before installing the newer versions. Uninstall SDv5 and then reinstall. This should resolve the issue.
