Start up concerns with SD!

I've noticed during start up that SD doesn't allow my other checked programs to start up and sometimes they are not put in my tray. I did the msconfig and still some of the programs do not start up on re-boot.

Note: When I shut down SD all the programs I want to start work and start up on re-boot. It's something that should be looked into. Thanks.

Spyware Doctor should not stop other programs from starting up. Could you provide a screenshot of you're start up items?

What programs are not starting up?
