Update Failed

Hello, I recently purchased a used laptop, and I have installed SD 5.5.0.204 from Google Pack. When I try to run the Update, I receive the following error: "Update Failed. The subscription status is invalid. Please contact support." Any ideas???? I have shutdown my Symantec Anti-virus and Firewall to no avail.

It appears that you have the normal version of Spyware Doctor instead of the one provided through google pack.

If you want the free version from google pack, you'll need to uninstall the Spyware Doctor on your computer and install the one from http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/google_pack/
