can anyone help i have downloaded the latest program and when i scan half way through the scan it resets my computer i wish to un subscribe and cant find anyway to do this thanx anyone:(

yes when i run the scan half way through it restarts the computer i am running xp. it was alright when i had version 4 thanx

not sure of cpu got 2 gig of ram and running zone alarm avg virus scan new to this thanx matt

Which version of ZoneAlarm are you using, is it the free version?
How much Virtual Memory have you got in the Paging File (you can find this out by right-clicking on My Computer and then going Properties > Advanced > under Performance click Settings)? The Virtual Memory should be 1.5 times the size of your RAM, so in your case it should be about 3GB (although I think 2GB would possibly be sufficient).

Run a scan in safemode to make sure no other processes are running. Looks like something could be conflicting with a particular file during the scan.
