i ran a scan with sd/av and it found rootkit.agent.ex at c:\windows\9129837.exe but when i try to submit it to any online scanner it wont take it because it says it has 0 byte size?i quarentined it.i could not send through threat expert either.

As the file is now in quarantine, it won't be possible to submit it.
If you restore the file and then zip it, you should then be able to submit it.

But now that you have quarantined it you will have to restore it to zip it to submit it (zipping files gets around the malware trying to "hide")

i zipped it and submitted to virus total,jotti and avira and all were clean?i submitted to threat expert also.got email from threat expert and it said file not submitted 0 bytes,can i email this or something to pctools to see if it is real or a fp?
