Hi,
I've just upgraded to a registered version of SD 5.5.0.178 (without AV).
I was wondering considering my configuration (see below) if it would be beneficial to install one or both of these extra guards.
Regards,
Dave

Hi
What do you want to get out of these add-ons? If you are happy with the email protection that NOD32 gives you and you feel safe surfing on websites then you probably do not need either. SiteGuard probably provides the most benefit for you I imagine.
Hope that helps

Hi Matt,
Thanks for your reply. I think I'll leave them alone for now. As far as I can tell there is no information about these addons on the site.
Regards,
Dave

2 weeks ago I changed my status to manual renew and it billed my card anyway. There is no phone # to call so I wonder what they are trying to hide. I want my money back now

You can either contact support (http://www.pctools.com/contact/) or you can send a private message with you're order number or license details and I'll assist you further.
