Would appreciate some feedback. On a Compaq Model 5004US, with a Windows 2000 OS, the device manager shows no problems, but there is an unknown device listed under "Keyboards". However, when I go to add-remove hardware in the control panel, it shows a problem with my PS-2 Mouse and the unknown keyboard device. In the Admin's Tools, Computer management shows an error 32 for "ACPI\PNP0303\4&2EEFE43E&0. Which I believe is for an Enhanced keyboard controller (101/2-key). It also shows an error 32 for "ACPI\PNP0F13\4&2EEFE43E&0, which is the PS/2 Port for PS/2-style Mice. Last but not least the Found New Hardware Wizard generates an install error (Service could not be started. It is disabled or has no driver) everytime I reboot and I have to click on finish to make it go away. My resources are:
