Printing background colors and images

I would like to change the registry to allow background colors and printing in IE7. I know it can be done using internet options - advanced tab but I need to change 6000 PC's. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It must be mentioned that allowing printing of background colors on that many machines will drive ink or toner costs way up, probably not cost effective.

That was useful. Even it costs a lot of ink, my client wants to get his reports printed in color. I had made all reports output on HTML :D
