Automatic License Renewals

i know this has been discussed in the past, but..

i wanted to adjust the settings in "my pctools account" to where "pctools" does not presume to automatically renew my license, but i don't see an option, there, for doing that..

how can i set things up to where pctools does not presume to automatically renew my license?

maybe "pctools" no longer presumes to automatically renews liecenses?

Hi redwolfe_98,

The option is still available. If you click on My Licenses-> click on the license code-> You should see 2 options for Subscription Status "Active - auto renewal set (modify) " if you are on auto renewals and "Active - auto renewal not set; you will need to manually renew" if it has been disabled.

Everyone can completely avoid this issue simply by buying the product on CD (e.g., Amazon). Then PC Tools never has your credit card number.

Same problem with Symantec NAV.

Amazon: no taxes, no shipping cost (for most products if you accept
their terms), delivered to your door. What's not to like?
