Hi

I was scanning with Spyware Doctor and I paused it. It stopped on C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\NETWORKSERVICE.NT AUTHORITY\DESKTOP\crush.exe. That file is some kind of dialer. There were also more, like spyfalcon etc. and different folders, like localservice.nt.

Well, I resumed the scan and let it to scan everything but at the end there were no infections. I tried to open that desktop-folder containing those files using the RUN-command but Windows says "it doesn't exist". I also unhid everything I could, but they still won't show up. I've tried about nine antivirus programs with full-scan mode and they won't detect anything.

Screen capture, if you didn't get it:

What are those files, why didn't SD detect them and how can I remove them (if it's possible)?

Hi Helv,

Could you please uninstall and reinstall Spyware Doctor. This infection should be detected and removed by SD. Could possibly try a scan in safemode as well.

Hi
Although AChen said SD can remove this , i would like to suggest you run the malware detective tool (SD "TOOLS" button ) in order to help the team investigate and create a new signature(solution) for this
Hope this helps

Ok, I will do that.

The strangest thing is, that when I tried to unhide one of those strange files using command prompt, it just said the file doesn't exist..
