Greetings to all. Let me ask one thing. Use Spyware Doctor, and I noticed that there Malware Detective instruments. I tell you what and how you use? The Malware Detective is a tool to be used under supervision of the PC Tools Support Team when dealing with a adware/spyware infection on your computer that isn't detected by Spyware Doctor. Basically it creates a log for the Malware Research Centre to analyse to create definitions for the users.

To add, when submitting an email to the Support team a ticket number is created. You can then use this ticket number if Support have requested a log from you or if you believe your computer is infected by malware/spyware.
