Although it does seem to be out-of-date at the moment. Using Spyware Doctor 4.x I have:
database version - 3.09130
intelli-signatures - 232278

So I can assume that the database for Spyware Doctor 5.5 is:
database version - 4.09130
(I can't tell you the signature number though)

And why do I have 220,902 signatures with the latest database ???
I have 1 year subscription ,not some cracked version.

Program says subscription active (342 days left) and shows the latest database version,very strange

I have a feeling You might have 'missed' the DB that comes with the first smart-update after install. Try to do a 'manual' update and see if You get a 30Mb file. If not, uninstall, be sure the folder PC Tools is gone from Programs folder, then re-install, preferably from a fresh download.

I just downloaded 5.5.0.178 w/ antivirus today. My db version is 5.09150 and intelli-signatures = 663,965.

Can you check the version of SD by clicking on Help/About? and is your license displayed in that screen? it appears you may have installed the SD starter edition (google pack).

In info my license is displayed properly.
Not a starter edition , downloaded from main download page of pctools (its the regular version right ?)

click on the screen capture of SD , you see there 201,008 , and the version is very close to current.
How did you get to over 600,000 signatures in v5.5 ?

Could you uninstall SD and then resinstall by clicking here (http://www.pctools.com/mirror/sdsetup.exe) and run a Smart Update. Also, if you could send me you're license code via a Private Message, I'll check this out for you.
