Hey everyone! Seems my dad has got a worm in his computer, Win32 Trojan-Gen. We got a new anti-virus for it, and after we installed it, the computer fried. It's infected our network, and my computer is the only one that doesnt have it, and my moms is still working. It's taken out Java, so we cant download it, and also all anti-virus wesbites are un-accesable. Any idea how we can get rid of it?:confused: If you need any more info let me know, I will supply as much as possible.
