if an url allows u to surf the wapsites with any web browser (e.g. IE, OPERA), can u call it an online browser?

You do have to be online for any browser to find Web information. Browsers have to be installed on the computer so as to go to Web sites. You can be online without having a browser program open, such as using an E-Mail Client, but just being online does not allow you to do anything, need the browser to view data.

As for demanding an answer [whether Please is included or not does take the sting out of it], I would have responded earlier if I hadn't needed to take my wife to the hospital 40 miles away for a knee replacement. One has to give time for someone with an answer to see the question, forums are not like chatrooms.
