DM isn't launching

Hello everyone,i'll get to the point right away and explain what my problem is and i really hope i'll get feedback as soon as possible cause i really need to use DM.

After i formatted my computer(2 days ago)i saw that a new version has been released,DM 332(I had DM 330).So after i've installed all my programs(same like before format)and updated windows,it was DM's turn,i downloaded the latest version,installed it,but the program is unable to launch..

For a reason,that i can't explain,since i reinstalled the program in many different directories,tried to clean up the registry,even used scandisk and many restarts,the program is still not launcing,no .exe from the program is launching,nor the update and of course DM it self.I really can't understand why..Plus i've checked Task Manager and nothing related to DM is running...

I really hope that someone will help me.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall DM for once?

i reinstalled the program in many different directories,tried to clean up the registry,even used scandisk...

Could you please try to start Desktop Maestro in Safe Mode on your system.

If the above workaround does not help you and you are using Windows Vista Operating System, please try to run Desktop Maestro in the following way:

Right Click on the Desktop Maestro icon on your Desktop and select Run as Administrator.

Tried your solution and 100 other ways,but nothing..

I fixed it anyway,yeah i did something crazy,i actually reformatted just so DM will work o.O
