stranger problem

I tried two times(starting yesterday) make a new register to got the new pctis 119
I have UNINSTALED 115 and again i put my name and mail addres on the page
But since yesterday i have not received any email from pctools(Please note i am sure I have informed my correct mail adress and also have disabled ALL THE SUITE for hours ) but no joy receivin this
I have dowload the new 119 by the link on previous beta mail
Wats going on?:confused:

Same happened to me in last version. There is a way around it, but do not think A Chen will be too happy if I revealed it publicly!:) as it will reset Your subscription time to another 60 days. :D
However since that it what is promised in the sticky on top:

OK but if you have already registered with your usual e-mail and have been sent another licence number - how do you delete the old one from 119
and add the new one??
In the new download of 119 there is no button Register and it has the old number so has only 49 days remaining e.g.
Or do you mean you have to start with a fresh download and put in another e-mail address on the download page? And then the whole thing willstart from scratch?:confused:

Uninstall and clean, and that is the 'secret'. The un-install leves quite some bits and pieces behind, get rid of ALL.;)
Then download from new link provided and install.

But will not be surpriced if A Chen has been inside 'edditing' in the system by now.:D

Like i said before, i dont got Any pctools email when i register trying to got 119
So i got the new setup from an older beta email(link) and like as an oficial licence,no re registered needed
It look like the same licence code will be valid within trial period

Use alternate e-mail, register as George Bush or Osama Bin Laden whatever suits, but be sure nothing remains of old installations!!!:D

Well, I thought I had got rid of the bits and pieces but obviously I hadn't. I deleted the file from Program files and I ran Registry Cleaner but probably I should have run CCleaner. (I was in a bit of a hurry.) But why do PCT bother to send another licence code if you can't use it? I mean they did send me a new one - to the same address but I can't use it.
