small problem /quarantine

Hello
I have noticed pctis have quarantined itens even with the option "quarentine infections before removal"unchecked .
Also ,sometimes when i look in quarentine section, i can see quarantined infections even if i dont make any scan(Probably due cookieguard activities ? )
Please look this
