misery

Today, I received an email/newsletter, stating that my subscription to the Spyware Doctor had expired, and it offered a discount !
During all the time I've actually purchased and used Pctools software I never received such a 'newsletter'.
(I still have an old copy of the Registry Mechanic, but I generally prefer not to use it, because it can damage my computer ... Don't mess with the registry unless you have too).
I typically don't 'unsubscribe', which is a good way to treat spam.
I made an exception this time, and unsubscribed.
When will the management of Pctools realize that their business practises are just harming the company ?
I would normally never buy something that is offered to me in spam email, and given my history with Pctools that is certainly not going to change !
