Spyware doctor version 4.1 issues

Hi,

I am having this stop issues from swdoctor.exe. Below is the error message :

The instruction at "0x04c31e4f" referenced memory at "0x6f6f6c73". This memory cannot be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

When i click 'OK', it display an popup window of "Runtime error 216 at 04C31E4F"

attached is the error log.

When does this error message occur? does it happen when trying to exit Spyware Doctor?

Try uninstalling/reboot and reinstalling SD to see if this helps. See the instructions below -

Uninstall from your computer

1. Ensure that you have fully exited the application. To fully exit from Spyware Doctor please right click on the Spyware Doctor icon in the notification area (next to the clock on the Windows taskbar) and select Exit from the menu that appears. Please also close any instances of Internet Explorer or other browsers.
2. Perform an uninstall of Spyware Doctor from:
Start > Programs > Spyware Doctor > Uninstall Spyware Doctor
3. **IMPORTANT** Make sure that the Spyware Doctor folder (which by default would be under 'C:\Program Files') no longer exists. If the 'Spyware Doctor' folder still exists, please delete the folder.
4. Reboot PC.

Please complete the following steps to completely reinstall Spyware Doctor 4.1.0.1:

1. Download Spyware Doctor directly from http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/version4/
2. Install Spyware Doctor that was downloaded in step #1 above
3. There is no need to re-enter your license details from your previous licensed version of Spyware Doctor.
4. Run a Smart Update
5. Try to repeat the steps to see if the error message occurs again.

have performed all the task of uninstall and re-install the spyware doctor. Would monitor for these few days if the error still occur.
