Hi,
Due to my copy of Spyware Doctor being unable to update since installing, I haven't been able to use it or the extra Anti-Virus add-on which I bought October 29, 2007 . It's now been FIFTEEN DAYS of only being able to use the basic version which I could have downloaded for free.
I have tried using your support which I find woefully inadequate. The guy has responded to me twice in those 15 days asking for information which I have provided to the best of my abilities. Now the weekend is upon us I have the joy of waiting a further two days before possibly getting another question from your 'support team'. I honestly wonder why I bought the package that I have done, with the After-Care service being as it is, not to mention the fact that I have yet to have a fully operational version which I paid for.
I have a Laptop which has a McAfee anti-virus set-up. Their system of support is one you need to look at: if after you can't get something working and you have been speaking to a member of their support team, they will(with your permission)take control of your machine and remotely fix the problem you have. I do hope you read this mail and respond in time otherwise I will be looking to take other steps and pass on this information to friends and collegues. Nothing but frustration
VERY UNSATISFACTORY.

After I had un-installed Spyware Doctor and restarted my machine and then re-installed it, I tried using Safe Mode with Networking to install the Update with the same response informing me that
My subscription is not valid please contact support so nothing new there then!
