I’m having problems trying to read many of the Internet Security screens (see attached JPEG’s).

The problem is that the windows cannot be dragged to a larger size to make the text fit inside the window.

Text is cut off on the right and bottom of many windows (see the attached JPEG’s).

Due to the 1900 x 1280 24 inch wide screen LCD screen that I use I have to have Windows Advanced DPI setting at 120 DPI. At the normal setting all fonts and dialog boxes are simple too small for comfortable reading, so please do not ask me to reset back to normal as I will not.

I have gone through this same scenario with many other beta program developers and they almost always resolve the problem by adjusting the code to properly handle 120 DPI (as they should).

To compound the problem, I am thinking about going to a 30 inch widescreen monitor at a higher resolution so the problem will simply get worse.

What I am saying is this is something that needs to be resolved by the programmers.

Thanks;

Hi
I appreaciate this problem, I hate reading tiny text! Unfortunately, there are no attached screenshots to look at.

Sorry about that; I made the JPEG's and completly forgot to attach them (must be my old age catching up with me).

That's what happens when I find a neat new product like PC Tools Internet Security; I get so exicited that I forget things.

It seems that the text is resizing with the 120 DPI setting but the window is not expanding accordingly.

Is there a limit to the number of images I can upload? I tried to add the reamining 5 images, it said they were uploading but they never did.

DocLotus,

The PCTIS is only supported by the 96 DPI settings. I will add the 120 DPI settings as a feature request and pass it onto the developers :)
