This morning on boot up I received the following error message titled "SD TrayApp.exe - Application Error":
The instruction at "0x51f2242c" referenced memory at "0x010f4eec". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program.
When I clicked OK, I received an error message stating: Runtime error 216 at 51F2242C.
Clicking OK returned me to the original error message. A reboot was required, which worked fine.

I believe the SDtrayapp issue has been resolved. See http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49433. I don't think the runtime error is fixed just yet. I guess you're using Windows vista due to the runtime error. After the reboot, are you still getting any error messages? or is it ok now?

Thanks for the note. I'm running XP. I was aware of the thread stating the SD Tray issue was resolved. That is why I posted the message. The error I mentioned arose yesterday on boot up, after the problem was supposedly fixed. Maybe this is a variation that was not solved by the update. I had no problem this morning (though the hard drive stays active a long time on start up), but this has always been an intermittent type of problem. If it occurs again, I'll post something.

Hi Ashby,
We released a fix early last week for the sdtrayapp errors and this resolved most of the application errors, however, some will still occur.
This should be resolved in the next build of SD. We'll be releasing one very soon. I'll keep you updated :)
