Spyware Doctor w Antivirus Starter Edition...+another AV Product.

I have a copy of Spyware Doctor with PC Tools antivirus starter edition from a computer magazine disc. Can Spyware Doctor w Antivirus co-exist with another antivirus software on the same computer or will I have to remove the other antivirus? My resident antivirus is Avast 4 Home latest version. I use Windows XP Home SP2. Thanks

Please note that it is not recommended to install 2 Anti virus on one computer. There are bound to have a conflict. So the wise thing is to always have one Anti Virus installed on your computer.

Please DO NOT USE 2 antivirus programs to avoid system instability and BSOD
