Malicious attachments?

The program seems to be working fine so far but I do have one concern. It keeps telling me that it has detected and removed "malicious attachments" to various e-mails, both coming in and going out. Problem is it has told me this on e-mails I have sent out with absolutely no attachments included and incoming e-mails with no attachments either.:confused:
