1. SD crashes my system. I've unloaded every anti-virus, ant-spyware, and just about every memory resident program to get it to work but it crashes my computer every single time. No other anty-spyware program does that.

2. I just realized this is an "automatic" subscription which is pretty ridiculous. The program should be sooo good that I want to pay them every year for it. The burden shouldn't be placed on me to cancel if I don't want to be charged annually. Automatic subscriptions are for those that need to generate revenue and hope consumers forget to cancel. Build a better mouse trap and consumers will gladly pay you for it.

3. Toll-free number is inaccessible from where I live. What a great way to offer a 30-day money back guarantee...make it nearly impossible for the consumer to contact the company.

Does someone have a non-toll free number I can call?

Atkhi,

You can cancel your subscription or ask for a refund by sending us a request on support@pctools.com

Customers have the option to cancel their subscription payments at any time by contacting either PC Tools Customer Service (support@pctools.com) or the customer service at Element5 (orders@element5.com)

Please also note that the Automatic Rebilling Subscription is not a mouse trap, as you can cancel the automatic renewal any time of your 12 months subscription. Automatic Rebilling Subscription renews your order every 12 months so that you receive continuous use of your PC Tools software year after year. Many of our customers enjoy the convenience of this as it takes away the worry of having to recall when to renew their subscription, time to process a manual renewal as well as enjoy the peace of mind that they only have to enter their credit card details once.

I hope this helps

As if 'Days Remaining' in the GUI, and an inbox full of renewal reminders aren't enough...
